Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for products purchased in Kenya, under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: Only items in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags, are eligible.
- Defective & Non-defective Returns: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within the 7-day return period.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- In case of stock unavailability, you may opt for a refund or choose another item of equal value.
Return Method
You can return your item via:
- Drop-off: At our designated return drop-off point (details provided upon request).
- In-Store Return: Visit our physical location to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- No restocking fees are applied.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective upon arrival):
- Opened or used personal products.
- Tempered with products.
